Key Stage 3 Teacher (Mathematics)

 

We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, confident and enthusiastic teacher to join our school.  This role is suitable for an NQT or an experienced Mathematics teacher.  A full induction package and CPD opportunities are offered to help your teaching practice.

Learning Hub Administrator - Poole Teaching School Alliance

We have a wonderful opportunity for a confident, flexible and friendly individual to join our Teaching School team based at Broadstone First School commencing on 1 September 2018 on a temporary basis up until 31 August 2019.  

The successful candidate will be a hard-working and motivated individual who will provide a diverse range of secretarial and administration duties for our Teaching School Alliance.

The Learning Hub Administrator is an office-based position and will provide administrative support for the Teaching School Director to ensure the smooth running of the Teaching School offer and business. 

You will:

  • Support the senior staff in the administration of programmes, courses, conferences and other teacher training related activities.
  • Deal with internal and external correspondence in a professional manner
  • Prepare letters, memos, agendas, presentations and reports and take minutes of meetings
  • Monitor supplies/stock and reorder when necessary
  • Maintain filing systems and update database
  • Provide hospitality at various conferences and events

The Learning Hub Administrator will need to be extremely well organised and have a keen eye for accuracy whilst ensuring that strict deadlines are met. The ability to work on their own initiative, as well as part of a team is essential.    

They will be confident with the use of Microsoft Office, able to remain professional when handling confidential material, be an excellent communicator and ideally, have experience of working in a busy office within a school setting.
