Earlier this year we explained how we are planning to improve and update our home/school communications. Part of this improvement was to develop our ability to communicate via e-mail and text messaging.
We are pleased to inform you that we have decided to use a service called ParentMail®. This company is used by over 2500 schools across the United Kingdom and has proved to be a very successful provider of home-school electronic communications.
We hope this facility will enable us to:
• Contact you swiftly, efficiently and effectively
• Provide up-to-date information/news about our school, its curriculum and its activities
• Send instant important or urgent messages
• Reduce our use of paper and the cost of photocopying
To include you in this scheme and use ParentMail® we need to collect your email addresses and mobile telephone numbers and we would ask you to complete the form linked below and return it directly to the school office. Hard copies can also be obtained via the school office.
Please be assured that ParentMail® is registered with the Data Protection Registrar and guarantees that all information you provide will be kept private and will not be passed on to any other organisation.
