What are the National Curriculum Attainment Targets?
Attainment targets for physical education set out the knowledge, skills and understanding that pupils of different abilities and maturities are expected to have by the end of each key stage.
The strands for physical education include the following:
1. Acquiring and developing skills.
2. Selecting and applying skills, tactics and competitive strategies.
3. Evaluating and improving performance.
4. Knowledge and understanding of fitness and health.
How do we ensure your child is developing & progressing?
